NATURE of market – volatile

Greetings of the day!!

Markets are falling and Mutual Fund Investors must be concerned. I am concerned too. It is not easy to see the Investment value going down. But it’s the nature of market being volatile. Currently the volatility is more due to US Trade war / Appreciating Dollar / increasing Oil prices and mixed State election trends.

While it is difficult to say when will markets recover but they will recover for sure with time. Mutual fund investors need to keep Calm and not to redeem in Panic. Also Redeeming now with the thought of buying lower never actually works. If there are negative sentiments today, it will only increase if markets go down further. So, buying at lower levels may not happen.

I would suggest to hold your investments. *Infact, you should seriously consider to increase your investments through SIPs or STPs* SIPs will help you lower your average cost and when markets recover you will get handsome returns.
