As exhibited by the Accenture Survey 2017:

Indians start thinking of their retirement at the age of 36;

However, an Indian individual typically commits herself to the pension plan only at the age of 49;

This delay, of 13 years, leads to a significant reduction in post-retirement income for the individual. As a leading employee benefit service provider, we look forward to partner with you in creating awareness among your employees, on this “cost of delay”.
